Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

·       Processing time: Orders are prepared within 2 business day after payment is received. Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on business days are usually dispatched the next day. Orders received after 16:00 or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

·       Packaging: Our beard oil, teeth‑whitening strips and face cream are packed individually with protective materials. We wrap fragile items like glass jars in bubble wrap and use a strong, rigid box with packing peanuts or other filler. Liquids or semi‑liquids are placed in leak‑resistant containers and sealed in plastic bags. The box is filled on all sides to prevent movement during transit, then sealed and labelled appropriately (e.g., “This way up,” “Fragile”).

1.2 Shipping Options & Costs

·       Domestic (Netherlands): Standard shipping via PostNL. Delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free for orders over €150. For smaller orders, a flat fee of €8.25 applies.

·       Belgium & Germany: Standard shipping via DPD or DHL. Delivery in 2–4 business days. Orders above €150 qualify for free shipping; orders below this amount incur a €8.25 fee.

·       Other EU countries: We ship to most EU destinations. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total weight.

·       International: International shipping outside the EU is available on request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import restrictions. Estimated delivery times vary by country; we will communicate them during checkout.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers can monitor the progress of their delivery and contact us if they experience delays.

1.4 Service Interruptions & Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Factors such as carrier delays, peak seasons or unforeseen events may extend shipping times. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with an updated estimated arrival date.
