Return & Refund Policy

1 Eligibility & Timeframe

·       Return window: Customers may return products un opend and used within 30 days of purchase.

·       Condition: Due to hygiene, returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact and accessories included. Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2 How to Initiate a Return

1.     Contact our support team: Email info@rosembre.com or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and reason for return.

2.     Receive return authorisation: We will reply within two business days with a return authorisation and instructions.

3.     Package the items: Repack the products securely using the original protective material and packaging. Ensure the items are unused and unopened.

4.     Ship the package: Affix the return label we provide and drop the package at the specified carrier.

5.     Confirmation & refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds (minus any applicable shipping fees) are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3 Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days, and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4 Return Shipping Costs

·       Defective or incorrect items: If we ship a defective or wrong product, we cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.

·       Other reasons: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

5 Non‑Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, used or opened personal‑care items such as beard oil, face creams or whitening strips cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received defective.
